Join Kat and Lauren of Terra Firma Healing Arts for an evening that lends itself to exploring inward and communing with the beautiful land and wild horses. They will be leading a restorative yoga flow, a practice to awaken the physical body through ease-filled moments honoring the magic of sacred pauses. From the space of pausing and practicing being embodied through the yoga practice, they will transition into a sound bath. The vibration of sound will invite a massage for your cells!
