Trusting the Gold Meditation Course
You are worthy of inhabiting your life so deeply that you live awake. You are worthy of reclaiming your true nature (your gold). You are worthy of deeply trusting your goodness.
Within this all levels meditation course you will pause weekly to nurture your roots and connect to your true nature. This is a space where you will practice and explore curiosity and compassion as you tend to the garden of your soul. You will have the opportunity to walk through the doorway of your heart.
Our meditations will build upon one another and can also serve as a standalone repeated practice.
Trust, love and freedom will expand as we build a relationship to the three pillars of this course: breath, body and heart.
HOW WE’LL DO THIS:
We are committed to offering a grounded, safe, and heart centered environment for you to learn how to build your own relationship to meditation. Our goal is to guide you to you and your essence.
We will meet virtually for four weeks to compassionately explore the landscape of you.
Our Trusting the Gold meditation course will meet on Wednesday evenings (6:30pm MST) for a practice and discussion and on Fridays (9:30am MST) for a guided practice. You will receive a recording if you’re unable to make it live.
We will begin Wednesday January 1, 2025!
HOW THIS COURSE WORKS:
Once you sign up you will receive a confirmation email welcoming you to the journey. Additionally, we will include a list of other items you might like to have on hand throughout the course, such as a journal, fuzzy blanket, etc.
Each week you will receive a PDF document to be your companion throughout that week!
After the completion of this 4-week course, you will be connected as a group, forming a support community with options for deeper coaching 1:1 or in a group setting.
ABOUT YOUR COACHES:
Kat Dickinson is a Spiritual Health and Wellness Coach who is deeply passionate in guiding others to transform and expand their lives. She believes that connecting to a felt sense of safety is the soil in which transformation takes place. Her grounded and heart-centered approach nurtures others to discover their true nature and authentic self. She loves helping others remember that they have their own internal compass, everything within that’s needed to heal themselves.
Lauren Stephan is passionate about leading others in reclaiming their birthright of rest. Her warm, intuitive approach of holding space invites others to connect to their own essence and felt sense of empowerment. She is passionate about celebrating one another’s innate sensitivities and reconnecting to each individual’s sense of possibility. She holds ethical space for others to connect to their own wisdom.
We’d like to acknowledge that the title of this course is heavily inspired by Tara Brach’s book, “Trusting the Gold, uncovering your natural goodness”. The pages unfolded a beautiful reflection of what is possible from living in full aliveness if you align with the valuable principles of trust, love, radical acceptance and compassion.
