Terms & Conditions – Terra Firma Arts LLC

By booking, receiving, or purchasing any service, retreat, class, or product from Terra Firma Arts LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following:

1. What We Offer

We provide sound healing, yoga, meditation, breathwork, energy work & clearing, coaching, intuitive and psychic readings, and retreats. These services are designed to support wellbeing, personal insight, and spiritual growth.

2. No Medical or Professional Advice

Our offerings are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic services. Nothing in a session, retreat, or reading should be taken as a substitute for professional advice or treatment. Terms like “healing” or “energy medicine” refer to spiritual or energetic practices only and are not meant literally as medical treatment.

3. Personal Responsibility

Participation in any session, class, event, or retreat is voluntary. You understand your own physical and mental health and take responsibility for your wellbeing during participation. Results of services, including intuitive or psychic readings, are not guaranteed, and outcomes vary by individual.

4. Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older. Children under 18 may participate only if a parent or legal guardian is present and signs a separate waiver.

5. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full payment is required before services or retreat start.

• Payment plans may be available for services over $200.

• Cancellations or rescheduling require 48‑hour notice; late cancellations may be charged.

• No refunds for services already rendered or for retreat enrollment after the start date.

6. Media & Communication

We may take photos/videos during services or retreats for promotional use. You consent to this unless you notify us in writing. You agree to receive communications from us electronically.

7. Right to Refuse or Terminate

Terra Firma Arts LLC reserves the right to refuse service or attendance at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes are resolved in courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
