Join us for an evening of celebrating Winter Solstice - a time to tune inward with the nature's rhythm; a time of new beginnings, rebirth, transformation, and releasing.

We will celebrate by gathering in community with:

• a candlelit soft yoga flow

• guided meditation

• reiki infused sound bath

• journaling/reflection/writing
